I could have blown something by reversing that capacitor? Before it was 0.75V and now went up to 3.27V, but the screen brightness did not change at all and the noise is still there at the inverter. Only one voltage has changed between the main board and PS. I have just replaced it and the TV still doing the same thing. I have just realized that I made a mistake with one of the capacitors in the secondary, I have soldered in the wrong way and it was bulging.
